Symptoms:
  • Increase of thirst and urination
  • Increase of hunger
  • Weight Loss
  • Fatigue
  • Blurred vision
  • Slow healing sores or frequent infection
  • Areas of darken skin

Definition:

  • A chronic condition that affects the way your body metabolizes sugar (glucose)
  • There is no cure for it, but you can manage by eating healthy foods and exercising
  • Your body is resistant to the effects of insulin (a hormone that regulates the movement of sugar into your cells)
  • If you do not produce enough insulin you cannot maintain a normal glucose level

Lowering Blood Sugar

The key to having your diabetes on track is to watch your blood sugar level. Have balanced meals and do not eat much sweets. Make sure to also add exercise at least every third day.

If with the meals that you eat you cannot control your blood sugar, than take a supplement to help you adjust your numbers. There are many supplements that can help you lower your blood sugar. For instance, magnesium, ginseng, bitter melon and many more. Choose wisely.
